Which credit cards can I use?
Visa, American Express and MasterCard can be used at this time. We will keep you posted if we add any other cards to the list.
Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
We use Authorize.net to process our Credit Card transactions. They use the latest and best secure servers available today. We feel that it is much safer to use your credit card over the net than to hand your card to a teller for a face-to-face purchase, then leave them a copy of the receipt. However, you should always examine your credit card statements to ensure that there are no unauthorized charges.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer in the continental United States to the customer by overnight Fed-EX.
When are orders shipped?
Orders ship the next business day.
What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?

If I am purchasing a gift for someone else,
and ship it directly to them, will they
know how much I paid?
No. Only the billing address (the address mentioned on your card) will receive an invoice with the price on it. All orders are only accompanied by product literature.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
No. Our preferred delivery partner - Fed-Ex - only delivers to street addresses.
